Before you guys crucify me for wanting nearly $80 bucks an acre, listen to what this place has to offer. Heavily wooded cedar and blueoak country with various brush species. Lots of hogs, WD, some axis and aoudad. I've seen fallow deer too. RUGGED place at the top of a box canyon. Awesome campsite with views of the west prong of the Frio river. One custom blind looking down a sendero. Room for one more hunter at the bottom of the box canyon. Neighboring ranch is 12k acres. Common area at front of subdivision with freshwater springs and swimming area. Truck needed to access top of mountain. This would make a great inexpensive getaway for someone in San Antonio, Kerrville, or other areas. It is a long drive from big-D. PM me if interested. Mountain lions and black bear are also in the area. Setup a feeder and start hunting immediately. Garner state park, Frio and Nueces rivers close by.
