Well we got the Youth Turkey hunt done. We had 5 youth hunters one of which was a young lady. Of the 5 hunters only one got a shot, it was a Jake guessed to be about 10 months old.

My son forgot to check how much ADD medicine he had and was out, With all the moving around in the blind and zipping and unzipping the windows in the blind he would have run the turkey off if their had been some. However he had a wonderful guide that he just loved. We had a group of 3 large white tail doe walk within 45 yards of us and stop and stair, I swear they had their tongs stuck out at us as if to say hay sucker deer season is over, I told Bob that the deer carry pocket calendars and wrist watches. Within 20 minutes we had another group of 8 come through the same spot.

Well at least he got some blind sitting experience, and practical hunting experience with the range finder, and try turkey calls, He has the set he wants picked out.

This was one fantastic hunt, I do not think I ever heard a cross word from any one.

I do not know what the guide said but it must have been funny,

The small tent was for our young lady and her dad, the other one was for the other youth hunters and their parents, Their were 9 of us in that 18' x 56' Tent, it was a little crowded I think we needed another section or two roflmao

I have several other good pictures of the kiddo's going through the skills trail, but I do not have the parents Ok to post their picture. That was quite a learning experience and he had those guys eating out of his hand.

Thank You
Robert
