'Nother weekend at Forister Exotics. Got about 15 people going, with a bunch of newbies. This should be interesting, to say the least. Some of our newbies are absolute dumb butts with no understanding of safety, so the youngest organizer's gonna have to get strict on them lol. Gonna try and take a Texas Ibex or Mouflon ewe with the old 30-30 no-scope. Too lazy to pack my bow

Be careful young man. Keep gun safety on your mind at all times and watch what everyone else is doing!

Definitely. I've had people almost blow off other people's heads on safari style rounds. It's ridiculous! Live and learn, this trip is going to be great.

Punny. But yes, we do safari, stand, some stalks here and there, night safari, and a bunch of shooting range sessions. Healthy animals and green when there's water, but dry and dusty otherwise. Love it all around.

Haha I wouldn't advertise your group being dumb butts with no regards to safety. Have fun, and thanks for the heads up.

Haha I wouldn't advertise your group being dumb butts with no regards to safety. Have fun, and thanks for the heads up. Good point. Those guys don't get invited back . Us 5/6 "Core Members" (founders of the club) are sticklers for safety and conduct, so we keep the rest of the Club in check and weed out the un-cohesive. I think THFers like us. Or at least me, anyway XD. Heads up for what? To not let us hunt with you ? I won't shoot you, I promise .

Isn't that place high fence ? I always see lots of axis walking/crossing near road at night.

Hell of a hunt. Pics to come. Couple of first timers, fun night safari, great 300yd stalk, and a really awesome boo-boo.

Let's see pics, sounds like y'all had fun.

Have 4 pics up in the photo section, go check em out!
On another note, no one got shot! We had one issue, but nothing near what was happening before. And that issue was when I was NOT present; all of my hunters were in check. Ended up killing 4 axis (2 doe 2 spike, 3 guided by me), 4 blackbuck (1 buck 3 doe, 2 doe guided by me), an ibex nanny (300yd stalk led by me!), and the big boy in the photos, plus 4 jackrabbits and a raccoon (ME!!!).
Was a great trip all around.
