I put new batteries in this camera and it reads 20% with BATLOW message. I plugged in a 6 volt adapter and I get 99% battery. Anyone have any experience with this camera. Generally, it has given me decent service and good pictures.

I would verify that all the batteries that you installed are good meaning 1.5 volts and above. I run regular batteries and 6 volt feeder batteries in mine with no issues.

I have found the batteries do not make goo connection sometimes. Try stretching the tabs the batteries connect to a little bit for a better connection.

I've had 3 of them. After a year of use they lose battery contact. The batteries seem a little loose. Get rid of them and get something else. They'll work fine until they get bumped. It's frustrating to have a camera set out for a month to check it and have a few pics.
