The free advice train is pulling into the station JT, your choice to get onboard or not-

Endless debates :

Who makes the most capable full size truck ?

What is the best self defense ammo ?

What is deemed "huntable" based on viewing a photo ?

You see Ford and Chevy as well as Hornady and Federal spend extensive time and money doing tests and manipulating data in order to make their case to the questions above.

This to me is an effective use of time and money when trying to convince consumers of a products value.

I took a look at your website and outside of a couple of YouTube videos and standard marketing stuff from ATN I am not seeing anything that demonstrates the products capabilities specific to images at various distances.

Do you have any plans to bring this type of information into the website?

Debating huntable images in a forum is one thing but I don't see it as being productive in the long run.

While you say DFWRoadkill may take things too literal that may in fact be true however in my opinion most of your remarks I deem to be flippant and your statements lacking credibility so where is the true center on the topic?

Probably somewhere right in the middle of both your views and statements , you said yourself earlier on that each will have to be their own judge on what they seem huntable.

So help us help you help ATN and give us some photo sets of animals or people at various distances and then we, the consumer, can make a choice that suits our comfort level.

PP, like your thoughts. I don't own an ATN but keep watching all the reviews from the first 3x18 up to this HD system. The $2000 model is from I see an entry model with the additional $2500-3000 you have and upgraded model, this is more than the Pulsar from what I see, vids and distance with the Pulsar are better.
Anyone can correct me if I am wrong. Same bs front the ATN dealers on the HD as was on the first ones.

It's interesting that you downplay this forum by stating that there are 8-10 people here which comment on the product.

The interesting part is that apparently those 8-10 people were important enough to bring you back to the forum after months of inactivity.

Actions speak louder than words , that ain't just a Texas thing by the way

Lol I got sucked into it but thanks for reminding me. See you all around wink and you can blame or thank the guy above laugh

I'd like to thank Sachel for getting me off the fence on waiting for the Thor HD 640 or going with the Pulsar 50A.

I sighted in my 50A today and I'm about to take a bath in DEET and see if I can blood it!

I was the sr field support engineer for a couple of years for a manufacturer of high cost, low volume electronics. There are two things you you never, ever do...1] deny known issues when you have an educated customer, and 2] pop off your mouth (or fingers) when potential customers start asking about the issues they are hearing from other users.

If Sachel was posting apologies for the issues folks were seeing, and explaining the plan/schedule for fixes\firmware releases, I still might have gone with their product...

Ok, the scope has a focus ring that wasn't in the manual so now I can get a decent image. I'll post a picture and video here later.
