I see that the concealed handgun license will change to a license to carry.
Is there much of a change in rules for carrying in Texas?
Will it cause a problem in other states?

It's already changed to LTC. Not much change locally, some signage change, pretty much still can't carry where you couldn't with a CHL. They just have to have two signs now. Interstate changes, I have no idea but can't see it being an issue. I read the whole law, both versions, and there was no mention of such. I haven't heard of any other states rescinding their reciprocity.
