4500 acres on the caprock in Dickens county. West of Afton,tx. This will be our first year in this property. Looks like we have 2 maybe 3 spots left to fill. 9 guns total. Live water and the property is beautiful. Nice whitetails and a few nice mulies as well. Non members are not allowed to hunt at all. Guest are welcome but they are not allowed to shoot. This includes children unless they are a paying lease member. That's the LO rule and is not negotiable. @$3000 per gun. 1 whitetail,one Mulie, and one doe per gun. Camp area with electric. All game include. Should be good quail, dove, and turkey hunting as well.

We can fish but i wouldn't expect the fishing to be anything special. There's a few cattle ponds and a couple of creeks.
