Trijicon 2.5-12.5X42 accupoint green mildot or the Vortex razor hd lh 3-15x42 hsr-4 reticle? Im looking for insight into which scope will have the best low light clarity, highest power clarity and non touchy eyebox at highest power for my hunting rifle.

Go to cabelas and check them both out.

I'm not sure you'll find anybody on here that's seen both of those, or at least seen them well enough to give honest feedback.

They are new for this year and was skeptical they would be at Cabelas...

Cabela's carries the AccuPoint but does not carry the Razor line. I won an AccuPoint in a store drawing last year and think it was a really nice scope. I sold it though and bought a shotgun. I've never looked through a Razor scope but if I had to bet I'd go with the Accupoint being better in low light.

Vortex. I can't do a mixed setup of mil reticle with moa adjustment it's just a added pain.

I have a trijicon 3-9x40 and really like it. The G4 reticle bdc compliments my load very close. I'm wondering if the razor glass will be significantly better improving overall clarity in low light. Then again the illuminated dot of the trijicon will show up better on animal than non in low light...decisions decisions

I had a chance to just look through the vortex and it was as clear as any glass id ever seen. I cant imagine a better hunting scope for the money.

I have had 3 Trijjicon's and for the money the glass is pretty disappointing Soooo ... Wise decision
