Walked into my local gun store today and spotted one.

Immediately took it home.

We'll see if they're all they're cracked up to be

I have had one in 12ga for a while and by far my favorite shotgun, you will love it. Congrats on the purchase

First impressions

Gun is a looker..... Looks good feels good etc....

Comes with a flat rib when all my other benellis have raised ribs so it's a little different looking over the top when I point it. But they are interchangeable on the ethos so it's all good there too.

My sport II in a 12 ga will kick like a pack mule in comparison to my black eagle II, but this ethos feels the same to my shoulder as my m2 20 gauge.

So none of them shoot as soft as a gas gun, but the new progressive comfort recoil stuff seems to calm it down about as much as the comfort tech stock does.

Which is good because you can now have a pretty benelli that won't stomp you to death.

I've shot 7/8 and 1 ounce both so far and it feeds it all, but I don't think there was ever a problem with a 20 feeding the 7/8 anyway.

Prolly gonna go shoot some clays this week and I'll give feedback on whether or not it shoots where I point it.

I wasn't real sure at first but it seems like getting your hands on one of these right now is about like catching a leprechaun

More reports to come
