i felt I needed to share this with you guys, I had a Texas Twinkie yesterday from Hutchins and it is quite possibly one of my favorite things in the world now.

large jalapeno pepper, stuffed with chopped brisket and cream cheese, wrapped in bacon, smoked, and then brushed with BBQ sauce. Son.

sorry for no pic but I seriously ate it so fast the thought never crossed my mind.

along with a LB of ham and some sweet tea, it was a pretty good lil lunch.

it's good stuff for sure. They used to just call them "Brisket Stuffed Jalapeņos". I guess they changed the name, but whatever they are called, they are dang good.
