doves I would say slightly better than normal. teal in texas depends more on when the full moon and a front falls in September....especially the front part

Full moon falls during the middle weekend of teal season if my lunar calendar is correct. Can't get much better than that, considering they migrate around it, everyone should see birds moving before and after. But only time will tell, we are happy with how the moon phase falls though.

anyone who has grain fields should do well. although with all the rain and good conditions its very possible that grain will ripen and be harvested early and fields will be turned for something else before the season opens.

so I suppose I should say it'll be the people with good food plots who will really do well. ponds should all be full.

We are working with a lot of our land owners to come and put in a cover crop for all of our leases. For example they are about to start harvesting wheat any day now, and seed milo right behind it so it will be mature come opening day. Corn will be harvest probably just a couple weeks or days before opening day so should provide good open ground.
