480 acres, 3 mi S. of Moran,TX. 2 hrs west of DFW. looking to fill 1 spot ONLY for 3 spots total. $1500 due at acceptance. Annual Lease runs from May 1 through April 30. Children and spouse of the paid hunters allowed to hunt off paid hunter’s quota (2 bucks, 1 doe at this time) Deer, hogs, dove, ducks, coyotes, bobcat, some turkey. Absolutely No quail hunting. Mostly thick mesquite with some hardwoods along creek beds. Many tanks and a bass fishing pond. Main pasture has many long shooting lanes already cut. Seperate, gated campsite with Elect & water (well), no septic. Family friendly. Working cattle ranch, not a "party & atv running around" lease. I'm the lease "captain" according to the landowner LOL.
