Nice bucks, lots of hunting pressure, lots of nocturnal activity once the bullets start flying in general season, occasional hunting help from the public. Did I miss anything Scooter?

T, it all depends on the area and that particular place.

If along the river it could be good depending on size of place. There has been some big bucks killed in that area. rifle

Looking to buy a place?
You sell the 78 acres?

Young county can be really good if the neighbors don't hunt. I saw a huge buck out there dove hunting a few years back. Also dove can good if you have a tank or two...

I would avoid it if it's bordered by small properties and is easy access.
