Looking for an annual deer lease. My price range is up to $3000.

Who I am
IT industry professional working in Houston. I am married with two children, ages 19 (Daughter in college) and 16 (Son in high school). I am looking for a safe and friendly hunting environment and a campfire to share. I follow game laws, lease rules, and management practices.

My Requirements, what I'm looking for
* I am looking for an annual lease
* We would like to bring our own camper and would need camper hookups with 30 amp electrical and water
* Pig hunt and dove hunt
* Allow my 16yo son to hunt under my direct supervision and on my lease allotment
* Use of SXS or 4-wheeler on established trails to haul corn, protein, game retrieval, and travel to blind
* Looking for area west of Houston up to 4.5 to 5 hours away

Like to have but not necessary
* Fishing, catch and release or for on-site consumption
* 19 yo daughter to hunt under my direct supervision and on my lease allotment
* Exotics
* Allow guest hunting only off-season for pigs, under my direct supervision
* Allow night pig hunting only during off-season. Each time I will provide
advance notice to lease manager, ranch foreman, or landowner and game warden
* Safari style pig hunt during off-season through summer on established roads

Experience
10 years hunting in Texas
Prior 20 years in NM
Most recent lease was 2014-2015 season on the Winters ranch in Goldthwaite.

How I will use the lease
Plan on visiting every 3-5 weeks depending on my availability. Activities would include
* Insure corn feeder is full and battery replaced
* Fill protein feeder during the off-season
* Pull trail camera picks and review. Share with landowner and lease members as requested
* Eat a good dinner!

Work with other lease members ranch staff to clear and maintain shooting lanes to insure:
* Ranch safety is considered and maintained
* Follows ranch plans and practices
* Insures protection to working ranch livestock

Work with other lease holders and landowner to establish or maintain game management practices
Leave the drama at work, that's where it belongs
