How big you think this hog will go?

Pic of a mature pregnant doe in same location for comparison

Next trip to the lease, this guy will be a priority target. I think he is jumping or climbing into the feed pen.

I'm more concerned with the creature below the left leg of the feeder on the deer pic.

Oh that's just a baby chupa, we have a den of the bastages on the place and the babies get out and get the deer used to them, only to turn on them as they get older roflmao

At least 150 or so. Pigs weight are deceiving. Based on the pics, the doe and pig are relatively in the same spot. Back of the pig is the same as doe more or less. Perfect size porker for the smoker rifle

The pictures are confusing me. I figure a mature does back to be about 36", that would make the pig friggin' huge, but it doesn't look that big. It doesn't have the legs to carry that much weight. I've seen deer side by side with pigs, and the pigs have always been lots shorter. The pig in my sig line was maybe 24" at the top of her shoulder?

Slow drifter, there is no confusion here...I am guessing some people on here haven't shot very many pics because I agree with you, this hog is probably standing 35-40 inches tall. That's a pretty darned big hog. That's why I posted the pic of the doe in the same exact spot, to show the comparison in height. This is a lean boar, so he won't be 275 or 300, but I believe he is all of 200-225, possibly more. He comes in with a couple others and this one is the biggest, but all the hogs on this place are all well fed and big.

I guess I'm just having a hard time seeing more than 150# of pig there based on his structure, but if he really is three feet tall he's every bit of 200# for sure. Just having difficulty reconciling the height to structure ratio. He looks very young, maybe 18 months, and small-headed to be three feet tall. But hell, if he is he is!

That pig just isn't that big, the picture is deceiving....His head is small and he hasn't filled out...For reference, how much do you think this pig weighs? The guy next to him is 6'1 and 250 and is standing close to him, not way behind him.

I don't know what to say guys, the pic is what it is. Either the hog is pretty dang tall by hog standards, or I have Pygmy doe at my place. I looked up an estimate for whitetail doe height and it went from 36-42 inches at the shoulder. That cage is somewhere in that ballpark off the ground (although I have never measured it) and the hog and the multiple deer I have seen under it come right up to the bottom of the cage. I am guessing this hog is at least 36 inches tall. That's pretty tall from a hog standpoint.

Like I said, he is a priority target, so I hope to have a better idea of his size by Friday evening, but as you all know it is hunting and he probably won't show until I leave Saturday.

Man I don't know, would guess 175-200 but, pics can be deceiving, esp when animals are hanging. He appears to be about 48-54 inches hanging there but he also appears to have squatch legs and some of that length is leg, so his body may only be in the 36-40 inch range and a 36 inch long hog isn't huge body wise. He does appear to have some girth , but hard to tell how big based on him Hanging and not standing. Initially I thought he would be bigger, but who knows, all I know is he is dead and that's what counts.

Another example of how pics can be deceiving....how big did this one go? I was told the answer, didn't actually see it but have no reason to deny the claim as I dragged this guy over 100 yards to get to the truck...
