Been using this app on my phone since early November. Down exactly 30 lbs today. This is an excellent tool!

Yes Sir. I've been using it off and on since 2012. At one point I was down to 175. I'm back to 224. Guess I need to fire it up again

Good to hear. To me it's a lot easier to lose weight if you keep count of calorie intake.

It's an awesome app for sure. I was diagnosed with type II diabetes in December. It helps me keep track of my carbs.

It's great!! I've been using it several years now. I've went from 364 lbs to 180 lbs over the course of 4 years just from eating better and a lot of hard work. I don't eat anything that isn't weighed or scanned in. Tracking calories and macros makes things soooo much easier.

I need someone to teach me to do this.

It's really easy - just grab you a food scale This one is $12 shipped on amazon prime. Weigh food, enter into app, eat food! If you eat the same things a lot, you can add things from the recent and frequent tabs. It also has a barcode scanner that will import foods that way. You can enter calorie and weight loss goals. To figure out how many calories you should be eating each day, enter your info in this calculator.
