Thanks! Yes, I'll share results. I'm planning for 3000 fps with a 195. I'm hoping for 3050 fps. But anything over 3000 fps is gravy.

Not sure why that would be hard. I am getting a 190 ab lr 3000+ in my 300

With cartridges in .223/.308/300WM they could not show annealing helped at all.
It may help your brass last longer but did not appear to help precision of ammo.

On the other hand flash hole deburring did appear to help slightly on SD consistency. Although there was one cartridge that it did not help on until they changed primers IIRC. Chad may have to correct me but also Flash hole work did not help the 300 WM. There was definitely info overload. grin


I have not noticed any accuracy changes in any of my rifles scence I started annealing a few years ago. I believe it dose help case life. As far as deburing the flash hole I 100% agree that this helps consistency.
I don't own any Mag cals. But wondered if it matters as much wth larger brass and heavier loads.
