I was unloading some dirt in the front yard when I heard my Lab having a real fit in the back. I looked around the corner and didn't see anything and still she was going crazy, so I walked to where she was and found these 2 up a tree. 2 adults Isn't it a bit unusual for them to be out during the day. This was about 11 AM.

They will kill kittens or puppies, bite them in half just to eat all the guts out and leave the rest. I started my hatred of possums at age 5. They will also scare the hell out of you while reaching for something on a shelf in low light. I know this guy......that reached for an inter tube one night and a big possum jumped at his face mouth open and hissing. Teeth almost made contact. This 200 lb guy went backwards through a sheet metal wall and hit his head on something hard, and it hurt, and he bled. Gut eating bass turds.

What do y'all have against possums? They are the devil. I'm not a big fan of them either. If the neighbor and his kids hadn't been outside I would probably have put a pellet in them.
