We've got a Champion 3500 watt generator that's been running without a hitch for several years now. That is, until this year when the ethanol gremlin finally caught up with us. The gas tank rusted on the inside, clogged the filter, and filled the carb with some level of nasty you don't even want to see. I called them up to order a new tank, fuel cap, filter, and gauge. I explained up front that it was caused by negligence, and that I wanted to buy these parts. Their response? You go ahead and pay for the tank, we'll cover the other parts and install them onto the tank before we ship it. I thought that was nice of them.

The tank got here, I drained the old one, and in process, I broke the petcock. I called them to order another one, along with the fuel line that goes to the carb.

"Okay, I've got your address right here. We'll put it in the mail tomorrow. No charge."

I'm amazed at the level of customer service. You just don't see that any more.

X's 2, in any small motor/engine that sits any time. I also use seafoam with it as well. After you have to buy a few carbs for $200, you will sure figure it out in a hurry. Small jetted carbs that are Cali complaint, are the worst bang

Ethanol is the debil

I'll have to take a video of my Champion 3500 watt next time I use it. It shakes so bad at idle that people think it's a Harley

If you check around, you can find non-ethanol gas. That's all I use in my lawn equipment, atv. I buy it in Greenville.

Not always so, if you look at this map, you will see a huge void near the metromess. (zoom in)

I drive about 25 minutes to buy ethanol free fuel for all my small engines. You would be suprised how much time it saves on repairs.

Weird I'm wondering if yours isn't just running rough or something.
