Had 5 toms come to the call Saturday wife couldn't get a shot due to brush, toms came in strutted drummed at 20 yes but didn't finish to the decoys after 10 minutes they eventually wandered off. Thinking it's just a matter of time I'll get them coming to the call again with a better setup for the wife but didn't even hear a call at the same place Sunday.

How wide is a turkeys range in breeding season?
Are they gone for good?
Is it possible they simply were not gobbling Sunday? I tried a different place and heard 3-4 gobbles far off Sunday but moving away from my location.

280 views later...they came back Wednesday afternoon but still off the property and henned up. Heard them again this Saturday but they were scared off by other people driving on the property...seems like I have all the luck this year. with the pressure of these guys being out there on weekends I doubt I will kill a bird on this property...time will tell

I've wondered the same thing at times. How big is the place you are hunting? Do you know where they roost for the evening?

They roost adjacent to the 150 acres I hunt on another 120 acres lining a creek although I have caught them roosting directly next to the property later in the season in years past. Part of the creek line runs through the property I have permission on so I will start there
