Season Lease near Christoval, Texas available for a group of up to 12 guns. Must be management minded. Water and electricity at campsite. 6000 acres @ $7.50/ac This is a good ranch that is well taken care of. Not interested in breaking the lease into less than 6000 ac.

is this part of the HORR? what is HORR? A Ranch divided into several different sections. Was leased by McCrea outdoors but they no longer have it

Yes, it is part of the Head of the River Ranch. It is not or has not been divided into several different sections. It is 9600 acres divided into three leases. One is a small pasture less than 200 acres. One is a lease that includes about 3000 acres and is mostly bow hunting only. The balance of the acreage is either unhunted or part of the 6000 acres that is available for lease.
McCrea Outdoors leased the 6000 acres from us for a few years, but prior to that it was leased by the same lessee for about 30 years. If you have an interest contact me at cchris@suddenlinkmail.com.

Should a group be interested in as much as 3000 acres, I will consider dividing this lease into two leases.
