I bought an lar47-x1 a while back and had to send it in due to not cycling properly and most times not at all, well over a month ago. sent another email today and this is the first one with no response by end of day. starting to think they lost the dam thing or resold it, anyone here have any dealings with them.

I had a trigger that wore out. Sent it to them and they sent me a replacement.

It was so difficult to drop it in the mail and wait a week for a brand new one. It still gets to me when I think about it too much.

To the OP. Every firearms manufacturer I've ever dealt with responded very well by phone, exponentially better by phone than by Email. The only exception has been Weatherby, but their Customer Service is the best I've encountered in the industry.

The only exception has been Weatherby, but their Customer Service is the best I've encountered in the industry. I sent the rifle in on feb 16th, told on march 3rd (after emailing due to no update since sent in) that they could not find the problem. nothing for a week or so then I email again and told that they were ordering the same ammo I am using (the super cheap tula, break in and get used to the new gun) to test it with that ammo. nothing till last week when I emailed again, he is out of the office till the 12th and can not be reached, no one else knows squat about the problem apparently. all I want is an update on the status since it has been almost 2 months (this alone is waaaay too long for any gun repair like this), called today and they can't even tell me if the trigger is the same as a standard ar, claim the hammer is not resetting when fired and now waiting on some new springs to test. this will be my one and only rra purchase, looked for 3 months to find this gun and it turns out it will only fire certain ammo and it is not the cheap stuff either. for the record, even my hornady will not cycle in this thing, none of my ammo be it brass cased or steel worked worth a squat.

Since you called, I don't know what to say. I might call back and as to speak to a manager. I say might because I'm not in your shoes and I get extremely irritated by Internet experts that always tell you exactly what they would do.
