Everyone has different variations of this recipe but I found one that I love and so did everyone who tried it I did make a few changes i did not brine it but I did let it soak in the marinade over night also I will use a little less brown sugar next time this is a great recipe for someone who has never cooked duck before

Come next duck season, I'll have to try this. There's a dozen or so teal and and probably close to a dozen mallards that have made our property home. Never duck hunted before but we have 7 ponds, probably about 30 acres of water. I'll have to give it a go.
