Anyone own one of these coolers? Are these coolers legit? Thinking of order one instead of a Yeti. Thanks.

Posted this earlier today on the other thread. The coolers still have 7-year warranty: From the manufacturer's website: RTIC Roto Molded Coolers are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for 7 years from the original date of receipt. All other RTIC products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for 90 days from the original date of receipt. [emphasis added] This warranty applies only to the original owner. This warranty is void if the product is used commercially, structurally altered or subjected to stress beyond the physical limits of the materials used in the body or components, or is damaged as a result of abnormal use. Normal wear and tear is not warrantied. https://www.rticcoolers.com/warranty

Do some google searches, you will find many upset customers who had cc billed immediately, but never same a cooler for many months. It was enough to cause me to hesitate. Hopefully they get things sorted out.

Just ordered the 65 in tan. Expected ship is May 31st. For the price I can wait, got other coolers I can use.

Hopefully they get things sorted out. Those people didn't pay attention when they were ordering. It very specifically tells you that you'll be charged as soon as you order, not when your cooler ships. They also allow you to cancel your order any time for full refund, so it's not really a big deal. It took me like 5 months to get mine, but it's every bit as well built as a YETI. I got the 65 in tan, have really liked it thus far. I guess I won't know if it's gonna warp or leak or disintegrate for a few years, but it sure seems sturdy.
