So, a 'fairly new hunter' (me) with 1st time hunters decided to take a trip to Centex Wildlife. The owner MIKE SAVOY and his dad STEVE assisted us. Their pricing is very reasonable and services are beyond words to describe. Unlike some of these other 'poser' outfitters who have ridiculous prices and horrible customer service, Centex is a hidden gem. We all had the BEST OUTDOOR experience ever, not just hunting only but scouting as well. Steve drove us around for 4 hours just to get us comfortable with the land. No one gonna do that S#it. They were not pushy about just shooting and making money. The property was 700+ acres, had a superb lodge, had MANY ANIMALS. With Mike and Steve's dad, I was able to harvest an Axis Doe and Blackbuck Doe. The feedback I have given about Mike and Steve is only 1/1000th of how much fun we had. My friends have been bugging the hell out of me making sure that I give Centex a GOOD REVIEW. THANK YOU MIKE and STEVE.

Good write up, always nice to hear about good outfitters, especially those that are THF members. Keeping in my pocket for later. Congrats to you and your group on a successful trip.

Dont judge the outfitter Mike Savoy by his website. He is working on it. I will not assure, but PROMISE you that he is an awesome outfitter and you will not be dissatisfied. I am sure his website will still not do any justice to the service and quality he provides. Give him a try.

Mr. Savoy put together a nice little package for me and my guys. Unfortunately it didn't work out, but am looking forward to hunting with him in the future, especially after reading this post.

Always good to hear a positive review of an outfitter. Shame there are no prices on the website. That's the first thing I look for. FB has a few prices, so I liked their page and will follow them to see what they post.

I checked his website and the pricing is on there. He must have updated it. Pricing seems very reasonable.
