i have a swfa upper and lower setup..
looking to build a sbr should i go the ar route or the bolt action route.. fixing to start the paperwork this week to get the ball rolling

caliber will be 300 blk out

You only need one AR SBR in order to use multiple caliber short barrels. So you can get a stamp for an SBR 300blk and then use that same lower for a short 6.8 upper if you want. Easy to swap calibers and legal.

If you are looking for super quiet, go bolt. If you want one sbr that can switch caliber around and play with, go AR.

AR no question. The .300 BLK was designed for the AR platform and to use standard bolt/mags. If you go with a bolt gun, there are many other calibers that would be a better option.
