I have only used these for chicken fried steak. What else do you guys make with them? I have seen some Salisbury steak recipes, anybody tried? Thanks.

Never made Salisbury steaks with it but have eaten them and they were as good as any other meat cooked that way.

For other ideas try then as burgers on the grill.

Another way I like them is put butter and Worcestershire sauce in a pan and cook then covered in that, then serve in sandwich or as the meat for a meal with veggies.

after changing my eating habits a few years back, we do very little fried any more. Easiest thing I have found is toss the tenderized cutlets into a zip lock bag, zesty Italian salad dressing, black pepper, onion powder, a little cumin ... let chill for a couple of hours. Toss on a hot grill for a couple minutes per side (depending on thickness). Some really good eating!

Salisbury works pretty good too. easy method get some Pioneer Brown Gravy mix (or mix your own), a little salt, black pepper on the cutlets, place cutlets in a large skillet, pour gravy over the top, slice up some onions, low to medium heat and cover with a tight fitting lid.

They do really good Swiss Steaks with the McCormick's "bag and season" kits, over rice.

3 lbs of steak
1-2 white onions, rough chopped
3 cans of Hunts Fire-roasted diced tomatoes
1 7oz can chopped green chilis
2 beef bouillon cubes
salt
pepper
olive oil
water

Salt and pepper the steaks.

In a large skillet, cook onion in olive oil until clear and transfer to large crock pot.

Grey the steak on both sides in the same skillet as the onion, transfer to crock pot

Add remaining ingredients to crock pot, add water to desired level, stir well

Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8. Stir once or twice during cooking if you can.

I serve this over rice or even by itself. It's tasty! Can also add garlic if desired

made some the other night

seasoned meat (tony's, garlic powered) and floured (added lemon pepper to this) then lightly pan seared in EVOO
deglazed the pan with home made chicken stock and added mushrooms, onions, and a can of cream of mushroom soup
simmered then added steaks back in
served over noodles... nothing left!!

I tried something new for my flour.... fine ground corn meal as we were out of regular wheat flour. The texture was a good addition to the meal

Any recipe that calls for veal can be made with tenderized venison. So, venison piccata, venison marsala, venison parmisan, etc.
