I'm looking at building a cab for my ranger 800 full-sized not a crew. Has anyone done this before and if so could I get ideas and suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Google it and look for ones built for your Ranger. Might find a used one on Ebay or Craigslist up north.

It would be pretty expensive and tricky to do one the right way

I agree on it being tricky - main problem I would see is getting it tight enough to keep dust out - Rangers are notorious for vortexing dust into the cab

You can't fix stupid

Give the the Guys at Essex a call...
They build custom cabs for Rangers, Mules etc and to be honest you can't buy the material for what they do it for up
