I went out the other night hunting at our place in Rocksprings. Around 11:00 this big boar came out. I was using my 450 Bushmaster with a green light. One round of 250gr Hornady FTX and that as it.

Did you have the light mounted on the rifle? What brand green light?

I use a Wicked Light that does mount on the rifle.

I have hunted hogs with 223, 308. 6.8, and 450B. The 450B has become my favourite for putting a hurting on a hog, and I really like my 6.8.

This is a pic of a small hog I shot while running away with my 450B.
