Looking for input on deer quality and numbers in this area....on the border of Van Zandt and Smith counties.

Also, any input on hog hunting in this area as well.

Any input/advice/opinions appreciated...thanks!

We own some property between around the Golden area. We've had the property from roughly 25 years now. When we first got it, it was a big deal to see a deer during deer season. We've made lots of improvements to the place including supplemental feeding and food plots and with the help of AR's, the deer numbers and quality have increased greatly. There are tons of pigs around.
