Gonna be a lot less breeder ads due to a lot less breeders now the new CWD regs are out

For it is not the quarry that we truly seek, but the adventure.

It may be too little/too late, but it's definitely going in a better direction.

Totally different magazine for sure! Much improvement.

I am hoping with Kacee writing story's maybe we can get the young people back into hunting instead of playing video games.

Folks, in the July/Aug issue they published my article on Nilgai. "From Dallas to Nilgai", is what they renamed it.

So the articles are definitely getting better. Lol.

I hope to have regular submissions.

I don't do online, though many do.

For comparison's sake, Field and Stream is 90 cents or so an issue, Outdoor Life the same, Eastman's is $2 an issue, Texas Fish and Game is basically free online, etc. (All subscription prices.)

Most popular national news magazines have a $1-2 per issue subscription price.

So, yeah, that's pretty high compared to most.

Well I am pretty sure a few dollars is not gonna hurt you and with the improvement to the magazine it is well worth a few bucks.

It just means I'm probably not going to pay it.

Just because someone can afford something doesn't mean they think it's a good buy. That's all.

I don't think it is about being a good buy it is a magazine not a new car purchase and 30 dollars a year for a hot some magazines that are obviously much improved and I enjoy is cheap entertainment. We know you attorneys like to argue so I will leave it at that to me for what I spend on reading material it is a good buy.

Wow. I didn't say a word about what you or anyone else chooses to do. All I did was give my thoughts and opinions. There is no argument except for the one you are trying to manufacture.

I don't care what you do. I'm happy you enjoy the magazine. How you spend your money is your business. I never implied otherwise. You are certainly entitled to your opinions.

How about extending me the same courtesy, huh?

Always the combative lighting rod on every subject with every member..
Never seen where BMD was derogatory in nature, combative or Trolling as you are so well aware of...

He simply was pointing out a well written article about his Daughter and was sharing her experience.

That is simply not the case. Especially here. Sheesh.

And you getting up on a high horse about someone else being combative is the height of irony - since following folks around and trying to stir up crap (just like you are doing right now) is your life's avocation.
