I love wood fired brick oven pizza. Down here in the hood there aren't many choices. New one opening at the mall in Cedar Hill soon. Been to Tuscan Slice in Waxahachie a few times, give it a 5-6 out of 10. Where's your favorite Pizza Place?

That's Sam's in Cedar Hill across from Babes. They are pretty good. Had pizza at a place in Rhode Island called Bertuci's. Wood fired not round and had blobs of real mozzarella on it. Ate there 4 times the week I was there. Ate shrimp and Lobster the rest of the time.

In the Metroplex, my favorite places are Grimaldi's (Coal Fired NY City Style Pizza) and Cane Rosso (Wood Fired Neapolitan Style Pizza).

There is a Grimaldi's coming soon to Cedar Hill so that's good news. Looked at their website and some of their large specialty pizzas are 24-25 dollars. Hope they're big lol.

I like most of the foldable NY style pizza places that are around. Old Chicago for deep dish. There is a place called Joe's (run by an Asian woman) up in Decatur that is actually decent. I don't really like to go there much because the woman has a piss poor attitude...but I feel sorry for her employees.

Don't go to fireside pies, I really thought it was not possible to screw up a pepperoni pizza. They can and do!

Thirteen Pies in Fort Worth, they are the original owners of Fireside Pies and the Fort Worth location was concept version, they liked it so much, they sold off Fireside Pies, keeping only the Fort Worth location, changed the name to Thirteen Pies and it is by far the best Thin Crust I have ever had.

HHUUMMMM, what to write, what to write, I got nothing.

Fireside is gross. If you can't prepare a pepperoni pizza and your ranch is pink/red there is a problem.

I am not a big fan of Fireside Pies either. When they had one location, it used to be good. When they expanded, even the original started going downhill

My son Mathew makes the best BOTA pizza I have ever had, hands down. He won't deliver from CoSprings though.

Beef. Onion. Tomato. Anchovies. Hand tossed crust.

Pizza Snob in FTW is good. If you want cheesey greatness, try Bosses Pizza. There is one in Keller and Lake Worth.

I just called them (Parton's) to get the gist. They have a Pizza buffet for 9.95, includes salad and drink. Bacon and Tomato pizza is on the buffet. They will add anything you want to order to the buffet. I'll go at 13:00. Buffet runs from 10:00 to 14:00.

Here you go.

That's Bacon, Tomato and Sausage on the left. On the right is Sausage, Canadian Bacon and Bacon pizza. Both superior pizzas. The sweet tea is good, the salad bar is sparse, but I ain't here for salad!

I give Parton's a solid 7.
