Tons of pressure on Ft Hood most activity will be just before daylight and right before dark. Once they peg you, you gotta move bc they are smart.

ta HF... Not sure of rules at Ft Hood... WMA that i hunt, after deer season, do a lot of Pudding one foot in front of de udder ... Have always had luck finding hogs an the ones i've hunted... No hunting at night, most hog sign tis done then, day hogs are laid up... And the surrounding privet land with the 24-7-365 hunting pressure, hogs go were least pressure... Been saying it for years, WMA can be a hot spot for hog hunts cause of time stipulation... Just my opinion, mine stinks but got videos... Just not able ta get around like usdta...

Find the thickest least traveled place you can find and bait, bait, bait. Hogs are smart and yield to great hunting pressure.
Secede!!

if ya got a climbing or chain on stand set it up close ta the thick area[s were hoogs be bedded up catch em moving from thar naps... leaves have fallen & can see for great distances how they be moving... Have taken several videos of hogs beded.. My favoret way tis bringing the hunt to em instead of waiten on them... Have gone in some thick areas wouldn't let my dogs go threw, My dogs weren't train... Love me Walk-a-bouts... Pay attention ta signs ease threw... Best wishes hunt Safe...
