Set up a feed pen on Saturday over what looked like a pretty good game trail on a new lease, there was a little low spit I told my son hogs could get through if they wanted to, but we left and started getting pics the next day of hogs. Will take care of those next trip to the lease. Anyway, last night had a funny sequence on the camera. Didn't notice it at first, my son was first to point it out.

Thought for sure they somehow rolled the feeder over or something. Was a little bummed but that's what I get for not staking it down, never had to stake one down in a pen before, but there's always a first. Pics kept coming in and pigs came and went and then a little while later some more pigs showed up and I looked at the pics coming in and....

I guess they just moved the feeder over and didn't knock it down after all. Happy for that. But then looking back at the previous pics, it looks like they moved the camera. Dang pigs!

Pigs can be a pain but they can also provide much needed enjoyment and great moving targets when deer season is over.

lease is in young county.

by 308 action you mean shooting? We plan to thin the herd a little next time out. Place actually has a couple unused hog traps we might move around and get going so we can set them when we are there...

Looks like they moved both, but definitely the camera. You ought to have a good time next time you go out as they will be accustomed to coming to your feeder to eat

I would set up at least two people with intersecting fire on the side where the gap is at. Then wait for the pigs to go under the fence into the pen, once they are all in there shoot one then direct your fire to the opening where they come in and out. With the intersecting fire nothing should escape.

That is a funny group of pictures. But it would be a good idea to go ahead and stake down that feeder or you may have this happen: http://texashuntingforum.com/forum/ubbthreads.php/topics/5731067/1
