New to this group and saw a couple of threads from folks looking for a lease and figured I'd do the same. Need a place 300+ acres for 3 individuals. May look at larger acreage and can get additional hunters to keep price manageable if needed. Safe, ethical, and game management minded individuals with 20+ years of hunting experience. While it's a longshot, prefer to keep it at $1200-$1500 per gun. Looking for anything between San Antonio and Corpus Christi. Thanks and God Bless!!

You will have a better chance to find what your looking for west of SA instead of south price wise.

Good luck. up

Thanks Predator. My brother and his buddy are in S.A. while I'm located in Corpus Christi...trying to find something in between. We were on a lease in George West (paid $1000 per gun + utilities) up until a couple of years ago when the land owners daughter got a boyfriend and he somehow convinced them that he could manage the place and opted not to renew our lease so that he could fill it with his buddies.

Anyhow...appreciate the info.
