Had a turkey left in the freezer that I needed to cook. Thawed it out cut a breast off and baked it with some yellow taters and made gravy with the drippings.

While the breast was baking I broke down the wings and fried them, little boy likes fried turkey wings!

Also boiled a leg quarter to make some turkey tortilla soup for dinner tonight... gonna be turkyed out like thanksgiving by the end of the week and have another breast and leg quarter back in the freezer for another time.

Cute kid. Love leftover turkey.

Thanks fellas.

Glad we decided to freeze the other breast and leg quarter for another day. I at turkey for dinner Tuesday night, left over wing for lunch Wednesday, and turkey and veggie noodle soup Wednesday for dinner. I am officially turkyed out again.
