Looking to buy roughly 40-70 acres in East TX or West Central TX.

Would prefer for it to have a home or trailer on it. Water/Elec.

Would like to have water (stocked would be great) for duck hunting as well.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Realtors have been no help at this point.

My place fits the bill if you are willing to go NW Texas. It is a little larger 110 acres. It has everything you want except for water. Water is about 2000ft away.

True, but mines got a Log House, Barn big enough to put a bus/rv in and everything else you own, cattle working pens. water and septic and extra RV spot and septic dump. Several more out building and Buckner Creek on back of it. Just sold the 47 acres, Hunting Cabins and Creek frontage next door. You snooze you lose!

I wasn't trying to take away from yours, didn't even actually read your reply. I just remember seeing this one when it first came up and loved it.

Yeah, that's a nice place for sure. Heck they all are if away from the crowd. Sure he'll find one. There are a lot of them on the market. All you gotta have is Gold Dust. Good Luck on your hunt.
