I know this topic has been covered before but I've run searches and looked through 10 pages of thread with no luck. I know you need a Form 4 and I believe the lower needs to be engraved.

What else do I need to do?

So two way of getting a sbr

Form 4 route- find a sbr made by a company and order like you would a suppressor

Form 1 route- buy a lower. Submit a form 1. Get it approved. There is a disagreement among some on if engraving is necessary, but get it anyway imo

You should eFile your SBR. I'm almost certain the Silencer Shop has a tutorial video on Yourube that walks you through the process. I used their video and did the eFile process recently. It was very easy and straight forward.

Form 1 if you're building it yourself. Mail or electronic.
Register your lower receiver on the Form 1, enter the requested information, enter your specific caliber, multi can and most likely will be denied (although not always but why increase your wait time). Submit in DUPLICATE along with your $200 payment and copy of your trust documents if applicable. Once the stamp is received, build your SBR. Personally I engraved my lower with my trust name, City and State.

Form 4 is through a dealer or buying from an individual. Transfer/pick up of the weapon will be when the stamp arrives to the transferor.

Will you be establishing a trust, or the finger print/signature option?

If a trust, establish your trust, and fund it to make it effective.

Go to the ATF web site and open an account with a user name and password.

E-file your form one application (this was the trickiest part)

You will be attaching your trust when you submit

Wait (mine was a few days past 100)

When you get your stamp, ENGRAVE your lower with the name of your trust, city and state. Every gun I have ever bought had the manufactures name, city and state. Your trust is the manufacturer since you are "building".

Build

I followed these steps, and didn't have any issues.

An unethical shot is one you take, that you know you shouldn't.
