TXHOGSLAYER recently asked me if I could build a flag case for his fathers burial flag. I had never made one but was up for the challenge. I seriously couldn't be more honored to build this case so TXHOGSLAYER could display his late fathers flag. I am waiting on the name plate and will post another pic once i get it.

The sharp 22.5 degree angles were a little challenging but my method worked flawlessly.


Initial glue up of the frame


I used my grand dads flag for the pic. Now i guess i need to make myself one.

Glad I could help. Technically you don't have to do the sharp angles you can do it with 45 degree angles like the trim on the front of the one i did but I liked the look of the sharp angles.I did everything using mitre saw and table saw.
