It's a factory gun built by On Target Tactical Supply out of Wolfe City. I don't know much about AR's but it has a 20" barrel with a 4-16x44 Viper HSLR in a Vortex mount that looks like a Burris Pepr.

I'm not sure how many rounds he's put through it but this seemed like a decent group shooting prone with bipod and no rear support. The trigger is heavy and has a lot of creep to me. Idk what the twist rate is but this is with factory 55gr vmax. The last shot always has to screw up a nice group....

He's going to have to sight it in for himself. Everyone has a different sight picture. And holy crap, talk about overkill on the scope and sunshade!

The sun shade is tacticool but also useful. And some people like to pick which hair in the yote to shoot vs just a general area on the yote loser8

Mike at On Target Tactical is a great guy. I've purchased two suppressors from him and I can't say enough good things about him and how helpful he's been.

He had already sighted it in but wanted me to shoot it. I guess to see if I could group better with it than he was. Idk what position he shot from but I shot it prone and didn't make any adjustments to the scope.....

I don't use sunshades, but I can remember a few times I wish I had. One was on a particularly nice buck in Kansas. All I could see was orange........
