Was just wondering if anyone had any experience at a Junior Hunt test with their dog. Do i HAVE to be a part of a club or organization in order to run my pup? Or is it ok if i just sign him up myself? Any tips will help. Thanks!

God Bless

You do not have to be a member of the host club to enter their hunt test.

I assume your talking retriever hunt tests. Most clubs tests you can enter through https://www.entryexpress.net
I have run my vizsla in both AKC and HRC retriever tests and a few other forum members have too. Feel free to ask any questions.

Don't have to be a member of the sponsoring club but dog has to be registered is the way I remember it.

Just sign up through entry express and show up. The Junior tests are a blast. Make sure you look over the rules so that you know what's acceptable as a handler.
