For the prices that I've seen lately, it can stay on the store shelves. There's no way I will pay $30-35 for a pound of powder, nor $250-300 for a 8 pound jug.

It seems that most powders have gone up a bit in price. 28-32 per lb seems to be normal where I see it.

It seems that most powders have gone up a bit in price. 28-32 per lb seems to be normal where I see it. Only in stores, most places online still sell it for $20-24 a pound. I usually buy 40 pounds of powder, so a $28 hazmat fee only adds .60 or so per pound. The wholesalers are ripping off the retailers, and then they pass it on to us.
