3-4 hunters looking for an annual lease (family friendly) within about 1-2 hours of San Antonio. Priced around $2,000-3,500/gun (family). Ideal acreage is 500-1000 acres. Accommodations are desired, however electricity and water a must at minimum. Would like to harvest 2 bucks & 2 does each family, some turkeys and hogs. Management minded hunters willing to accommodate landowners request. Year round access preferred but Sept to April (spring turkey season) is acceptable.
