I shot this sow late Saturday afternoon with a Griffin Sportsman DT equipped rifle. When I asked her whether she found it degrading to be shot with a budget priced suppressor, she didn't say much, so I guess she didn't feel it made much of a difference.

I've got 3 YHM suppressors and have been very satisfied with them. 762 QD Ti I have had for about 5 years and put hundreds of rounds through it from 300RUM to 223 and it performed great. I also have the 7.62 LT and a 22 Mite. YHM isn't as savy with their marketing or social media prevalence but they make a solid product.

I have a Griffin Sportsman Direct Thread and like it greatly; I also have SilencerCo suppressors and like them greatly.

I think it unfair to compare the Sportsman and Harvester to more expensive titanium models, as the comparison ignores the very differing product design goals. The aluminum models are designed to be light and inexpensive and their primary purpose is hunting, plain and simple. They are not designed for continuous or sustained fire and they're not designed to be cutting edge devices. They are designed to be reasonably priced hunting suppressors that will last a lifetime with normal hunting use.

If you want good durability and the best usability, then get titanium.
If you want the best durability and you're willing to give up usability, then get steel.
If you want decent durability, excellent usability and low price, then get aluminum.

The limitations on the aluminum suppressors are reasonable and are very openly disclosed. As a consumer you can decide whether the $550 aluminum or the $1100 titanium suppressor is right for you.

I think your Harvester is aluminum not stainless

According to SilencerCo it uses 17-4 Stainless baffles.

Well I decided on a Titanium model. Buy once, cry once.
