Just wandered if anyone ever tried dog or cat food in a hog trap, I've used horse & mule feed and caught hogs. Anyway just wandering.

I can't imagine it hasn't been tried. With the ingredients in most pet food it probably works just fine. Hogs will eat almost anything.

Think of it this way,,, if you think a catfish would eat it a hog will eat it
