I may have a lease open for the 2016/2017 waterfowl season. It has 3 blinds in place that just need to be brushed. Three bodies of water but only two hold a majority of the ducks. Lots of oak tree's and natural vegetation. I am looking for 3-4 for hunters max for a total of $4000. It can be arranged to set up a small camper on the property.
