Might be posting in the wrong section. Is anyone aware of a shooting bag that has a mat attached, that unrolls allowing you to turn the bag on its side to load the bipod. I couldn't find anything that has what I am looking for. To help better explain I took years of photoshop experience and assembled this picture. Thanks More specific edit: Would like to keep the storage compartments like they are in the pic. Possibly to fill middle one with something to shoot off of if no bipod. Just being picky

Just to make sure that it is done thoroughly, I go both ways.

Did you shoot off mine on Saturday? It's a bag that converts to shooting mat. Only thing I'm not sure about is loading the bipod. This is what it looks like open Closed

Problem is they get nasty and then you put your gun in them...I'm in the camp of getting a mat and a case separately. I don't want the mat mess getting in my rifle case.
Neither is wrong just a different perspective.

Neither is wrong just a different perspective. I'll attest to this, mine was absolutely nasty after the mud bowl. Was kind of afraid to put my gun back in it afterward. Was afraid I was gonna scratch it all to hell.

Neither is wrong just a different perspective. That why I want one separate you put the gun in with a mat that rolls off the side of the bag. Maybe attached with snaps or a zipper. If that makes sense, but is some how attached to the mat so you can push into it to load the bipod Prob clear as mud

Seems like you would want snaps or straps, not a zipper. Have them sewed to the mat and case, using awl or heavy duty upholstery sewing machine, want it he!! stout for leather. Might look at duffle type bag that you could slip your guncase inside, or slip the mat inside the duffle bag. Go with a canvas or ducking cloth, similar to old sail material.... Or just take a 3' 2x4" and use some tent stakes to drove it down and then load up your bipod against it.
