Do you like it?

I think it looks pretty good but not great. It's all about how particular you are and what you want to spend.

I had a buddy do my first mount and it was ok and I'm happy with it for what I spent.

However, I've sent several birds to Birdman studios since then and will from now on.

If you like it then great, if not then next time send your bird somewhere else.

Same scenario buddy is doing it , I like it for what I paid, we actually have 9 birds he's doing for us as a group. And bird man does great work!

Head looks fine. Most important is the eyes. Those make all differences between good and bad. Also making sure they don't have a greasy looking feathers. Like Brady I have 5 now at Birdman because I have had some I just have never been thrilled with done by others but his I have never had one thought of uncertainty about the work.

Also the reason why he looks like he is jumping and not landing is because of the feet. A landing bird the feet are spread open to slow them down and hit the water. Jumping birds close their feet to prepare to tuck them in.
