We have been chasing hogs for the last month all over South Texas. Mainly in the Goliad, Dilley and Refugio area but we have secured access to 3 other large ranches (30,000 acres in total) that we will be setting up and offering hog hunts on this Spring. The weather has been very nice the last couple of weeks but we have found that the cloudier days with less wind have been producing more hogs. It seems that South Tx is becoming dry again and that pushing the hogs to come to the feeders and baited roads more frequently.
