I ordered a 7.62x39 and BCG from badger state ordnance and have received the run around.

I started the communication on 12/20
Money Order shipped 12/23
Delivered on 12/26
Inquired about when it might ship on 12/31
BSO said they hopped to have it shipped next week on 12/31
I asked "How is it coming along" on 1/7
BSO reply "...over sold the 15" MLOK rails" and "can have a 15" keymod rail out to you by next Wednesday. 15" MLOK may take a few weeks yet." 1/8
I agreed on the MLOK 1/8
I inquired about my order on 1/20
BSO "I am truly sorry for this long wait. We will have your upper shipped out next week, and I promise I'll make this up to you." 1/21
Why did I do this.... Ordered a BCG - funds delivered to BSO on 1/29
BSO "As soon as the next batch of BCGs come in, I will have your order shipped out. " 1/29
I asked for an ETA when I saw that reply on 1/29
no reply
I asked "Is there a process to formally request a refund? This has taken entirely too long." 2/8

bang

I am sorry to hear that you have had this trouble, - I know what it is like, and hope you get either your order or your refund soon.

Kind regards, charlesb

Are they affiliated with Badger Ordnance? If not, that should have been a red flag and I would have never done business with them.

Sounds like the run around to me, but be patient. I waited 2 1/2 years for a rifle that was to be done in 6-9 months. There's something to look forward to.

Before I ordered, I did some research. Everything checked out. I mean, they have a facebook page so they have to legit right? confused2

I'm not an overly anxious or impatient person but 6 weeks is a long time for a part that is in stock.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you're most likely dealing with a 1 man shop working out of his garage. He runs his business off a live.com email account and what looks like a residential address on google maps. I sure wouldn't have sent any money his way.

Yeah. Just looks kind of amateur to me. I cant find much of anything about them online but alot of Badger Ordnance hits since theyre legit. Hopefully they come thru for you. I bought my first AR kit from a 1 man shop and it turned out ok. Although I guess if I ever needed warranty work....thats out the window because his business is long gone. Thats wait is pretty ridiculous in the AR abundance we have right now.

From BSO 2/9 - I do apologize for that wait. I know that you have been patient for quite some time now. We do have all of the parts in house, and can have your order shipped by the end of the week.

We'll see. In general, I tend to trust what people say but I sure feel like I'm getting screwed on this.

up up glad it came in. Like jeepercreeper said sounds like a one man shop that kind of used badger ordinance as a way to get hits.

Is that a flash light of optic?

Glad it worked out! Be sure to put it thru its paces. Being a 7.62x39 bcg id want to make sure the bolt is good to go. I know there used to be 7.62x39 bolt upgrades but not sure if they are available anymore.

Glad it worked out. You seem to have a lot more patients and faith, than many do. It was cool that you gave him a chance to prove himself, and he did so. Looks clean too.
